ال Totipotenz تعني Stammzelle و هذا يعني خلية تحتوي على جميع Sequenzen الخاصة بالجسم .
بمعنى اخر انه بامكانك عمل من Totipotenz اي خلية في بالك ! ممكن تقول Totipotenz = das Ganze
ال pluripotenz تعني بداية التميز , يعني الخلية تبداء في عملية الانقسام لتكون عضو من الجسم فهي تحتوي على جميع ال Sequenzen مثل ال Totipoten و لكن في حالة Totipoten فان الكروموزمات هي من الاب و من الام و ال Pluripotent تكون هذه الكرموزمات مندمجة و تكون كروموزم واحد
بالنسبة لل unipotent فهي الخلية المنقسمة و التي تحتوي على Sequenz معين لتقوم بوضيفتها
و اذا قلنا مثلاً ان 8 مليار Sequenz الموجودة في Unipotent مبرمجة لعمل عضلة , فان هذه Unipotent لن تعمل الا عضلة واحدة فقط ! و لا يمكن عمل مثلاً خلية كبد او خلية دماغية .
بعكس الـ Totipotent التي تحتوي على جميع اكواد الاعضاء , فمن خلية Totipotent واحدة فقط , بامكانك عمل Embryo و العياذ بالله !
لماذا هذا مهم ؟؟؟
خلاياء الـ Pluripotent موجودة في الحبل السري عند الطفل , فعندما يلد الطفل , يقوم المستشفى باخذ الحبل السري و حفظه في ثلاجة و ذلك في حالة ان الطفل اصيب بالسرطان او اي مرض بعد مرور 40 او 50 سنة ! يمكن اخذ خلاياء من الحبل السري و زرعها في المكان المريض و نترك الوقت للخلاياء للانقسام و هكذا تكون عند المريض خلاياء من حقه .
يعني لو اصيب احد بشلل في العمود الفقري , فبالامكان زرع خلاياء Pluripotent في النخاع الشوكي و بعد مرور 10 ايام , يشفى المريض باذن الله
البحوث مع خلاياء Totipotent ممنوعة في المانيا و تعتبر حرام حرام حرام
ولكن مع Pluripotent فهي ليست حرام و غير ممنوع في المانيا .
ملاحظة اخيرة : في امريكا بحوث مع Totipotent مسموحة !!
