موفدو التعليم العالي بمصر يلوحون بالاعتصام احتجاجا على تأخير بدل الكتب السنوية
سادت حالة من الاستياء الكبير لدى موفدي التعليم العالي في مصر فور استلام الربع الرابع الذي طال انتظاره عقب تناسي التعليم العالي والملحقية الثقافية بدل الكتب السنوية التي لم تصرف الى اليوم وكان المتوقع صرفها مع الربع . وذكر عدد من الطلاب الذين التقاهم (مأرب برس) ان هذه المهزلة التي حدثت بتأخير الربع الى اليوم رغم وصوله الملحقية الثقافية قبل ايام عديدة لهو دليل على الاستهتار وعدم مراعاة ظروف الطلبة المعيشية الذين أصبحوا يعانون الامرين.
الطالب محمد عبدالله - ماجستير- اكد ان مسئولينا في التعليم العالي والملحقية لم يكتفوا بتأخير المستحقات المالية بل قاموا بتأخير صرف بدل الكتب التي هي عبارة عن مبلغ زهيد لا يكفي لشراء نصف كتاب علمي من المراجع التي يحتاجها الطلبة ، ورغم زهد المبلغ الا ان الجميع كان يصبر على تأخير الصرف لأشهر عديدة ، أما هذا العام فقد تناسوا هذا المبلغ الزهيد الذي لا يمثل الا الفتات وبالإمكان تغطية كامل المبلغ للطلبة في مصر جميعا من تكاليف سفرية واحدة لمسئولي الوزارة.
من ناحيته اكد الطالب عبد الرحمن احمد - دكتوراه - ان التعليم العالي والملحقية لم يكتفوا بإضاعة فرصة معرض الكتاب على الطلبة وفقط بل قاموا بالتأخير لإيصال الطلبة الى درجة النسيان مؤكدا ان هذا الامر لم يكن ليحدث لو طالب الطلاب بحقوقهم.
وقد افادت مصادر مارب برس في جامعات القاهرة وعين شمس والإسكندرية واسيوط والسويس ان طلبة التعليم العالي عازمون على تصعيد الامر بإرسال الشكاوى والنشر في الصحف وبذل كافة السبل المتاحة وصولا الى الاعتصام للمطالبة بالحقوق اذا لم تقم الملحقية الثقافية بواجبها وتتواصل مع الداخل لتحويل المبلغ خلال اليومين القادمين وصرف المبلغ فورا اسوة بطلبة الجامعات الذين استلموا مخصصات بدل الكتب منذ ايام .
