انتشرت ظاهرة الزواج العرفي بين طلبة الجامعة في عدد من الدول من بينها مصر والأردن وفلسطين ودول الخليج واليمن. يتأثر الشباب فيها بعضهم ببعض، فيقلد كل منهم زملاءه ويتجه إلى هذا النوع من الزواج.
فترى ما هو الزواج العرفي ""، وما حكم الشرع فيه؟
ومتى يكون زواجاً شرعياً ومتى يكون مجرد وسيلة لإقامة علاقة لا تتسم بالشرعية؟

لن ازيد على ماقاله احمد بن علي .. سوى ان الاعلام الذي يسرب هذا النوع من الافكــار يساهم بالتأكيد في عملية تراكم عند الشباب .. فيصبح الزواج العرفي في مرحلة من المراحل ( حـــلاً ) وليس جريمة !
لذلك ينبغي استخدام الاعلام المضاد في هذه الحالة من خلال برامج توعوية .. او ما شابه .. لكن يبقى ذلك مستحيلاً لان المجتمع لم يتقبل بعد وجود المشكلة اصلا حتى يتم طرحها اعلامياً ..
