هذا مرض و اسمه PCOS Polyzystisches Ovarien-Syndrom
السبب يكون تضارب بين الهرمونات و تكون في عادة مشاكل مع ما اعتقد اسمه مبيض او ما شابه , باللاتين اسمه Ovar
تكون داخل ال Ovar فقاعه من الماء او السوائل و هي تعمل مشاكل مع الهرمونات , احصائياً 5 - 10 نساء من اصل 100 مرة , تعاني من هذا المرض .
قد تكون الاسباب ايضاً من الغدة الدرقية او يكون سرطان اما في الغدة الدرقية او في المبيض !
يمكن فحص هرمونات الدم للتاكد من انتظام الهرمونات في الدم , بعد ذلك اما تكون هرمونات الغدة الدرقية او المبيض متضررين او كلاهما و اذا لم تظهر اي نتيجة لا في المبيض او في الغدة الدرقية , يتم عمل فحص للمخدرات و الخ
و اذا لم يصل احد الى نتيجة , يمكن فحص الشعر و لكن هذا الفحص مكلف بعض الشىء .
الطريقة سهله بعض الشىء , ففي كل شهر يكبر الشعر حوالي واحد سنتي متر , فتاخذ عينه من الشعر و يتم ضرب الشعر بالبروتونات و تعيين المواد التي حفظت في الشعر خلال الثلاثة اشهر الماضية .
اذا لم تنفع فحص الشعر , يتم فحص عينه من الاضافر و بنفس الطريقة , يتم ضرب الاضافر بالبروتونات .
و اذا لم تظهر اي نتيجة , ما اقول الا لا حول و لا قوة الا بالله هههههههههههههه
العلاج : العلاج سهل ايضاً , اذا كانت تضاربات في الهرمونات , من الممكن اخذ عقاقير من الهرمونات المضادة للتستسرون .
اذا كان سرطان , يتم معالجته بالاشعاع الكيميائي او عملية جراحية للسرطان .
اذا كانت المخدرات تلعب دور في هذا المرض , يتم معالجة المريضة علاج نفسي و نقاهي
كما توجد طريقة نهائية لحل المشكلة و هي ضرب خلاياء الشعر باشعة الليزر او الاتراء شال و قتل خلاياء نمو الشعر في الوجة و لكنها هذه العملية مكلفه و ايضاً لها خطورة في المستقبل من حدوث سرطان في الجلد !!!
كما يمكن نزع الشعر و بعد نزع الشعر يتم استخدام عقاقير تنشط الانسجة الضامة على ما اعتقد اسمها هكذا !! و عندها تنموا هذا النسيج اسرع من الشعر و ياخذ مكان الشعر و نسبه نجاح هذه العملية 40% مع حدوث مشاكل بعض الاحيان مع هيئة الوجة و تجعدات في الركبة و المفاصل و تشققات في الافخاذ و الظهر و الخ ..
التشققات هنا , تشقاقات الجلد التي تظهر عند الحوامل !!
