اولا السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته :)

اريد منكم جواب لإستفساراتي التالية اذا امكن:
- اخوي يريد ان يدرس في المانيا ( طب مخ واعصاب) على حسابه الخاص وانشاء الله يحصل على المنحة المالية , طبعا بكلاريوس. 88% معدل الثانوية العامة.
- ايش المتطلبات الاساسية . للعلم قد حصل على ادميشن من private Sprachenschule برلين ,
- ومتى تبداء بالضبط الدراسة لهذة السنه , ومتى يتوجب عليه التواجد في المانيا,
- وماذا عن الحصول على المقعد في الجامعة
- وهل توجد جامعات تدرس باللغة الانجليزية ام.......
