السلام عليكم .. اريد الدراسه في المانيا، ولكن لا ادري لماذا كل هذا التعقيد من السفاره او الموظفين فيها ،، فجميع اوراقي كامله ولا ينقصني شي، ولدي حساب في بنك دوتشيه ،، حساب للطلاب Blocked Account .. اقوم بوضع لايقل عن ٧،٠٠٠ يورو ويقوم البنك بإعطائي مبلغ معين كل شهر للمعشيه ،، وهذا كافي في جميع سفارات المانيا ! بحسب علمي .. لكن لاادري لماذا يريدون كشف الحساب والضمين المالي، فالحساب كافي لمعيشتي خلال السنه القادمه ،، ومن المفترض بآن الحساب في المانيا كافي وليس هناك حاجه لكشف الحساب والضمين المالي .
وذهبت اليوم للسفاره وقال لي الموظف بآني يجب ان اوقع على الجواز في الصفحه الثانيه، لكي يقوم هو بكتابه معلومات الضمين المالي في نفس الصفحه للرجوع له في حاله الاقتضاء ! سؤالي: هل هذا مهم؟ لان الضمين المالي ليس بيني وبينه اي صله قرابه فهو صديق للوالد فقط، ولا اريد ربطه بآمور اكثر تعقيداً كهذه ..
وسؤالي الاخر : ماذا يكتب الضمين المالي في التعهد الخطي، وليس بيني وبينه اي صله قرابه ،، فهل يكتب اتعهد بتحمل تكاليف ... الخ ثم يقوم بكتابه اسمي ام يجب ان يكون هناك صله قرابه ويقوم بالاحتيال بكتابه مثلاً "ابن اختي" .. ؟ وانا ماذا يجب علي ان اكتب في الصفحه الثالثه في الابلكيشن في الفقره الخاصه بالشخص الذي سوف يقوم بتحمل تكاليف الدراسه؟
