يصلح هذا للفيزة ؟

أنا طالب من سوريا وسأقدم قريبا ان شاء الله على الفيزا ولكن عندي بعض الاستفسارات :
1- أنا حاصل على دعوة لفحص(Aufnahmtest) في FH kiel وفي حال نجحت فيه أبدء بدراسة السنة التحضيرية . بموجب هذه الدعوة هل يمكنني الحصول على فيزة دراسية ؟ هل يوجد أي اشكال من هذه الناحية بما أنه فقط فحص قبول ؟
2- في حسابي البنك مكتوب العبارة التالية Gersperrt zugunsten der Deutschen Botschaft Damaskus. Es darf erst verfügt werden, wenn dies der Sparkasse von der Deutschen Botschaft rechtsverbindlich mitgeteilt wurde" طبعا الحساب متضمن 7908 يورو واستطيع فقط سحب 659 يورو شهريا
ولكن مامعنى هذه العبارة ؟ هل يوجد أي مشكلة في الحساب ؟ مع أنه في البداية قبل تحويل النقود كان مكتوب Gersperrt zugunsten der Ausländesamt وتغيرت هذه العبارة لصالح السفارة بدمشق بعد التحويل ,, وأنا سأقدم بالسفارة الألمانية في الأردن نظرا لاغلاق قسم التأشيرات في دمشق !! اتصلت بالبنك وقال ان ذلك بسبب مواضيع خاصة بالبنك من غسيل أموال وأمور أخرى ولم يعطيني الا هذا الكشف
3- كيف يمكنني اثبات تمويل الدراسة للسنوات بعد السنة الأولى ؟ ماهي الطرق الممكنة ؟؟؟ لأني بصراحة تفاجأت بهذا الطلب بعمان وكان غير موجود في سفارة دمشق ؟
