التعليم العالي تعلن أسماء الفائزين بـ 729 منحة خارجية وداخلية 22/05/2010 صنعاء-نيوزيمن: أعلن وزير التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي الدكتور / صالح علي باصرة انتهاء عملية الفرز والمفاضلة للطلاب المتقدمين للمنح الخارجية والداخلية للعام الجامعي 2010/ 2011 البالغ عددها 729 منحة دراسية منها 337 منحة داخلية و 392 منحة خارجية من إجمالي عدد المتقدمين للمنافسة الذي بلغ 3116 طالبا وطالبة. وقال الوزير باصرة: إن المفاضلة تمت وفق معايير عادلة ومتساوية تضمن تحقيق مبدأ تكافوء الفرص بين الجميع وتوزيع المنح الطبية والهندسية وغيرها من التخصصات على جميع المحافظات بحيث يتم تأهيل كوادر متخصصة في مختلف المجالات من كل محافظة. وأوضح: أن الوزارة نشرت أسماء الفائزين بالمفاضلة على صفحة الوزارة على بوابة الحكومة الالكترونية ويمكن الإطلاع عليها على الرابط http://yemen.gov.ye/portal/mohe ، بالإضافة إلى نشرها في عدد من الصحف الرسمية . من جهته دعا مدير عام البعثات والمنح الدراسية أحمد الربيعي جميع الطلاب المرشحين للمنح الخارجية و الداخلية سرعة الحضور إلى مقر الوزارة الكائن في شارع الرياض "هائل سابقا " لاستكمال إجراءاتهم خلال أسبوعين من تاريخ نشر الإعلان. وقال الربيعي أن على جميع الطلاب المرشحين للمنح الخارجية الالتحاق بدراسة اللغة الانجليزية بصورة مكثفة وحتى موعد السفر منوها إلى انه تم الاتفاق مع مركز أفاق الجودة للغات والتدريب والاستشارات "كيوتك" لتنفيذ دورات مكثفة في مجال اللغة الانجليزية برسوم رمزية بالإضافة إلى توعية الطلاب بأنظمة وقوانين البلدان المرشحين للدراسة فيها ولوائح وأنظمة الابتعاث الخارجي.وأشاد بإسهامات وتعاون مركز كيوتك في إعداد الطلاب المبتعثين في الخارج وتنمية قدراتهم اللغوية والإبداعية . لافتاً إلى أن الوزارة لن تتيح فرصة للطلاب الحاصلين على منح خارجية بتحويلها إلى منح داخلية أو العكس .وأشار إلى أن الوزارة لن تنظر في أية طلبات للحصول على منح دراسية أو أية توصيات أو توجيهات أياً كان مصدرها كونها أعلنت عن جميع مواردها من المنح الدراسية

قطع منح المساكين و جاء الدور على الطلاب الجدد. فانا اعتقد ان سياسة ابتعاث الطلاب الى الخارج هو تهجير العقول اليمنية الى الخارج حتى يحلوا لهم حكم شعب جاهل و مخدر .
فعندما وابعتقادي يخرج الطالب الى خارج اليمن و ينقطع عن بزازة القات فانه يشاهد العالم بنظرة تختلف عن نظرة المخزن .
يعني ارسل الطلاب الى الخارج و اعطيهم قيمة وجبة واحد لكل يوم و هم يدبورا انفسهم , و عجب ان الوزارة تتهم الطلاب بالتزوير و المتاجرة بالادوية

هل تعلم إن 75% من الطلبة الدارسين في الخارج هم اولاد الوزراء والمسوؤلين وابناء القبائل وكبار التجار ....الخ . يعني هذا الكلام انه حاميها حراميها . وفلوس الاتحاد الاروبي تروح الى جيوب تلك العصابات الفاسدة . ولعلمكم المانيا يهمها محاربة الارهاب وليس محاربة الفساد في اليمن المعفن . ومن مصلحتها عدم التدخل في إصلاح الانظمة الديكتاتورية خوفا من وصول الاحكام الاسلامية الى سلطة الحكم ، كما حدث في غزة والجزائر وإيران والسودان . وتعلمون علم اليقين شتى انواع العقوبات التي تتعرض لها تلك الدول .المهم قلبي مع الطلبة الفقراء الظباحه الذين ينتظرون المنح بفارغ الصبر وكأنها ليلة الدخلة يوم الزواج .
