1ـ توفير اكبر قدر من المال وذلك بطريقه اختلاق الاعذار والمتعثرين وغير ذلك رغم ان كميه كبيره من الطلاب اصحاب الوساطات يستلمون حتي اكثر من منحه في الربع الواحد 2ـ عرقله الطلاب في مسيرتهم التعليميه !!! لماذا؟؟؟ 3ـ خلق العنصريه بين الطلاب اليمنيين والذين ينتمون الي دوله يمنيه واحده وعقيده واحده ... 4ـ نشر الفكره التي تدعوا الي اكتساب الوساطات داخل الملحقيه.. حتي ونحن في قلب المانيا لازم نظام الفيتامينات... 5ـ لا يهم الملحقيه اذا ما كان الطالب احرز مرتبه ناجحه او نتيجه بارزه.. يعني لا تكريم ولا هم يحزنون..
هناك كميه هائله من الاسئله والغير مجابه .. والتي تدور في ذهن الطالب اليمني في المانيا!!!
س1ـ هل سنبقي رهن انفعالات وتعامل الملحقيه.. يصرفون المنح لمن اشاؤا ويقطعوها عن من اشاؤا؟ س2ـ الي متي سنضل ننتضر المنح كل ربع وماهي جدوي التاخير الوارد في كل ربع؟؟ س3ـ ماذا سنأكل ونشرب من الان وحتي تاتي منح الربع القادم؟؟ س4ـ الي متي سنضل علي نفس الموال.. تصل المنح..تنصرف المنح.. يطفرن الطالب.. يبحث الطالب عن شغل.. يترك الطالب الدراسه من اجل البحث عن لقمه العيش... يموت الطالب جوعا ... تندهش الملحقيه عندما يتم طلب سلفه ماليه... ترتفع الاسعار في الاسواق... لا جدوي من وجود الملحقيه.. كلام فاضي.. تعال وروح.. راعيلي باجيلك... س5ـ ماهو سر احتكار واسقاط الاسماء للطلاب المبعوثين... س6ـ متي سندفع الديون للشركات الالمانيه والتي تراكمت بسبب عدم تغطيه المنحه للاحتياجات اليوميه التي تلزم الطالب الجامعي في المانيا س7ـ رغم عدم تغطيه المنحه للاحتياجات... لماذا عرقله بعض الطلاب؟؟ س8ـ كم من طالب يمني اكمل تعليمه في المانيا؟؟ ولماذا؟؟ س9ـ من المسؤؤل؟؟؟ س10ـ ؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟
اذا قد وقفوا منحهم ... فليش عاد الخوف من الحكومه والسفاره ...
المفروض انهم يتحركوا ابتداءً خصوصاً وهم مجموعه كبيره .. وينظموا انفسهم ومطالبتهم .. وبقية الطلاب فيما بعد يتكاتفوا معاهم ..
واللي ما ينفعش نفسه ما حدش عينفعه ..
وحركة التوقيف العشوائي للمنح هي مرعبه .. والمفروض ان احنا نتحرك ونضع لها حد ..
لكن و من باب الموضوعيه .. اذا السفاره طلبت منهم شهادات او افادات جامعيه .. ورهنت المنحه بها .. بعد مطالبات مسبقه .. فهذا من حق الملحقيه .. والمفروض انهم يتجاوبوا ويجيبوا هذه الأوراق ..
السلام عليكم .اولا احب ان اشكر اخي كاتب الموضوع علئ اهتمامه للموضوع والتعاون.اولا احب ان اوضح لاخي الكميم ان تم قطع اكتر من 70طالب وحدوي يمني م هده المناطق سبحان الله بدون اي سبب قانوني او مقنع وللتاكيد سوف اعطيكم مثال على دللك,انا واحد من الضحيا والسبب ركز يااخي الكميم شهادة بكلاريوس على الرغم اني ادرس في جامعةهومبولدت والجامعة تعطي ديبلوم.هاها.مارايكم...وغيرها من الاسباب العجيبه..
