السفارة اليمنية في برلين تبذل ما بوسعها لتذليل ترحيله القبض على أحد أعضاء فرقة مسرحية يمنية في ألمانيا بسبب انتهاء تأشيرته
تحدث تقرير صادر عن الشرطة الاتحادية الألمانية أنه أُلقي القبض عند زهاء السابعة من مساء الثلاثاء 30/3/2010, على شاب يمني يبلغ من العمر 21 عاما، كان على متن سيارة تحمل لوحة أرقام بريطانية في مدينة (بوتهجادرن) الألمانية.
وقال المتحدث باسم الشرطة الاتحادية لـ"مأرب برس" إن المواطن اليمني (ك.ح) خالف قوانين النافذة حيث انتهت فترة التأشيرة التي حصل عليها، وأن الشرطة مازالت تعمل في التحقيق حول القضية.
من جانبه, أوضح وكيل نيابة مدينة (لوبك) لـ"مأرب برس" أن المواطن اليمني (ك.ح ) ينتظر في سجن مدينة (رينسبورج) الترحيل إلى اليمن.
وكان المتحدث باسم السفارة اليمنية في برلين قد أكد لـ"مأرب برس" أن السفارة تواصلت مع إدارة السجن ومع المواطن اليمني وأنها تقوم ما بوسعها لمتابعة القضية، وتذليل عودته إلى اليمن، مبديا أسفه في الوقت ذاته, أنه ليست المرة الأولى التي يتجاوز فيها مواطنون يمنيون الفترة المسموح بها دون تجديد تأشيراتهم، مما يعرضهم لمثل هذه المواقف.
وعن حيثيات القضية علم "مأرب برس" أن المقبوض عليه يتبع فرقة مسرحية قدمت لها دعوة من السفارة اليمنية في هولندا، إلا أن السفارة اليمنية هناك ألغت الدعوة بعد تعثر حصول الفرقة على الأموال المطلوبة للرحلة، في حين أن الفرقة وبالرغم من إلغاء السفارة الاحتفالية, كانت قد انطلقت نحو هولندا التي وصلتها قبيل انتهاء تأشيراتها بست ساعات، وذهبت إلى فرنسا لتصوير فيديو كليب، وبعد أن تفرق أعضاء المجموعة ذهب (ك.ح) إلى الدنمارك عبر ألمانيا حيث ألقي القبض عليه.
تجدر الإشارة إلى أن بقية أعضاء الفرقة يتهددهم نفس الأمر إن لم يكونوا قد غادروا منطقة (الشينجين) إذا ما تم تفتيش جوازاتهم.
