اعلن زعيم المتمردين الحوثيين في اليمن عبد الملك الحوثي، في تسجيل صوتي، السبت 30-1-2010، قبول "الشروط الخمسة" التي وضعتها الحكومة اليمنية لوقف الحرب "ولكن بعد وقف العدوان".
وتتضمن الشروط الخمسة إعادة المسروقات وإطلاق المخطوفين إلى جانب إخلاء إخلاء المسلحين الجبال.
وقال الحوثي "اعلن قبول النقاط الخمس ولكن بعد وقف العدوان"، مضيفا "الكرة الان في ملعب الطرف الاخر".
وطالبت الحكومة اليمنية المتمردين خصوصا "باحترام وقف اطلاق النار وفتح الطرق واخلاء الادارات التي احتلوها والتخلي عن سلاحهم واعادة الذخائر والمعدات واطلاق سراح الموقوفين خلال المواجهات".
وشنت السلطات اليمنية في 11 اب (اغسطس) هجوما على المتمردين الزيديين (شيعة) المحصنين في معقلهم في منطقة صعدة الحدودية مع المملكة العربية السعودية والواقعة على بعد 240 كلم شمال العاصمة صنعاء.
لكن المعارك التي اسفرت عن مقتل المئات منذ الهجوم الاخير، تراجعت حدتها في الاسابيع الاخيرة.
وكانت الحكومة اليمنية اعلنت مرتين وقفا لاطلاق النار في نهاية 2009 لكنه لم يكن يصمد سوى لساعات. ورفض المتمردون الزيديون انذاك تحميلهم مسؤولية استئناف الاعمال الحربية.
توقيف انتحاري من جهة أخرى، أفاد مصدر امني مسؤول في وزارة الداخلية اليمنية ان اجهزة الامن اعتقلت احد عناصر تنظيم القاعدة في مدينة المكلا مركز محافظة حضرموت.
وقال المصدر ان "اجهزة الامن اوقفت المدعو صالح عبد الحبيب صالح الشاوش منتصف الليلة الماضية في احدى نقاط التفتيش الامنية بينما كان يستقل دراجة نارية وبحوزته عبوتين ناسفتين ويلف حزاما ناسفا حول جسمه".
واوضح ان "نتائج التحقيقات الاولية كشفت ان الشاوش كان في طريقه لتنفيذ عملية انتحارية ضد بعض المنشآت الاقتصادية في حضرموت".
وتابع المصدر نفسه ان "التحقيقات ما تزال مستمرة للكشف عن مزيد من المعلومات حول المتورطين معه في التخطيط لهذه العملية".
