يواصل موظفو وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي إضرابهم الشامل عن العمل ،لليوم الثاني على التوالي،احتجاجا على عدم تحرك الجهات الأمنية لضبط العصابة التي اختطفت واعتدت على مدير البعثات في الوزارة أحمد الربيعي ونهبت سياراته الخاصة مطلع الاسبوع الحالي.
ودعا موظفو الوزارة في بيان تضامني مع مدير البعثات كافة أجهزة الدولة الأمنية والقضائية وأعيان المجتمع إلى الوقوف مع كل من يتعرض لأشكال الظلم والابتزاز و كما دعوهم إلى ردع كل من يقوم بأعمال إرهابية في حق أي مواطن أي كان ، متمنيين عدم تكرار مثل هذه الأعمال غير المبررة التي تسيء إلى من يقوم بها أولا ومن ثم إلى سمعة البلاد ككل .
وتمنوا في بيانهم أن يسود الأمن والأمان أرجاء البلاد وأن يردع ويأخذ جزاءه العادل كل من يتعرض بالقوة لأي شخص ، داعيا الاجهزة الأمنية والقضائية إلى التحرك السريع للقبض على المعتدين حيث وهم معروفين ومعروف أماكن تواجدهم.
وكانت عصابة مسلحة بقيادة جندي في الفرقة الاولى مدرع قامت بوضع كمين أمام منزل مدير عام البعثات بوزارة التعليم العالي أحمد الربيعي بحي شملان بأمانة العاصمة الساعة الواحدة والنصف بعد منتصف ليل السبت الماضي اثناء عودته من عمله في الوزارة في مهمة رسمية-حسب بلاغ الوزارة.
وقامت العصابة بمهاجمة مدير عام البعثات بالسلاح والاعتداء عليه ،كما قاموا بتكتيفه وربط عينيه وتكميم فمه ، وأخذوه على متن سياراته إلى منزل مهجور خارج منطقة شملان وهددوه بالقتل هو واسرته ، مخاطبينه ان ما حدث هو رسالة لوزير التعليم العالي واللجنة المكلفة بمراجعة وتصحيح أوضاع الطلاب المبتعثين في الخارج.
وطالب الخاطفون بإعادة منحة طالب متعثر يدرس في الخارج ، كما اخذوا جنبية مدير البعثات وهاتفه الشخصي وتركوه مقيدا حتى الصباح حتى قام الربيعي بالحبو إلى مسجد قريب من المنطقة ليجد شخصا هناك فك اسره وأوصله إلى بيته.
واشار بلاغ الوزارة الى رسالة من قبل الجاني كان ارسلها إلى مدير الشئون القانونية بالوزارة عبدالحميد الصلوي يهدده بأن الدور وصل عنده.
يشار إلى أن الطالب المراد إعادة منحته الدراسية هو متعثر ويدرس في الاردن منذ العام 2003 تخصص علوم مالية ومصرفية وتم إيقاف مساعدته المالية منذ الربع الاول 2010 م.
يشار إلى أن اللجنة المكلفة من وزير التعليم العالي بمراجعة المنح الخارجية أنزلت منذ يناير 2009 وحتى 30 سبتمبر الماضي حوالي 2056 طالب متعثر .
ويعتزم موظفوا الوزارة الإضراب عن العمل بسبب هذا الفلتان الامني الذي يهدد حياتهم على خلفية مهامهم الوظيفية.
وعقد اليوم اعيان ومشائخ المحويت التي ينتمي إليها الربيعي لقاء موسعا لمناقشة القضية واعطوا الحكومة مهلة ثلاثة ايام لإلقاء القبض على الجناة ، كون الإعتداء طال موظف رسمي اثناء تأديته مهمة رسمية ،وبسبب التزامه بالنظم واللوائح.

ان يتم الاعتداء على موظف حكومي بهذه الطريقة فهذا امر مرفوض .. خصوصاً وانه سيتحول من الان فصاعداً الى اسلوب منهجي في المطالبة بالحقوق .. لكن يتعين على المسؤولين دراسة الظاهرة وابعادها .. فالمسؤول او الموظف المختص كهذا الربيعي ( ينخط ) وهو في مكتبه وكأنه يخرق الارض او يبلغ الجبال طولا .. ولا يراعي احداً .. ولا يخجل من المنحة التي توزع كالفتات للطالب اليمني في الغربة والتي جعلته يتعثر احيانا في مشواره الدراسي ..
فهم ( يقطعوا ارزاق ) الخلق بكل صفاقة .. وباسلوب لا يقل بلطجة او وحشية من الاختطاف نفسه .. ويستغربون ان يلجأ الناس لهذه الاساليب للتعبير عن مطالبهم !!
عليهم ان يتقوا الله في الطالب المغترب والا والله فسنسمع دائماً اخبار كهذه

اعتقد والله أعلم أنه استلم فلوس من اصحاب المعاملات ولما لم يخرجوا إلى طريق يتم العلاج على الطريقة اليمنية السريعة، الدليل أنهم عمل له قرصة أذن ، اذا كانوا اردوا به شرا لقتلوه ولامن دري ولامن شاف. في ألاول والأخير نرجع لنفس الدوامة العدل اساس الحكم اساس المعاملات اساس كل شي اذا ماكان هناك مجاملات ومحسوبيات ورشاوي وهذا من مطلع وهذا من منزل وهذا وحدوي وهذا انفصالي وهذا من قبيلتي وهذا وهذا وهذا طلع لي صداع... في الخير الموضع مايدعوا للاستهجان والاضرابات وكل واحد يمشي على هذا الدرب راح يلقى نفس المصير من المتضررين الله يعين ويستر على الضعاف
